And there you have it. This is what a relatively normal 1 week grocery trip for our family looks like šŸ™‚ I had to replenish some spices, which isn’t usually the case week to week, and the juice, milks, plates, soap, etc. ought to last longer than a week, but other than that, this is it. I have some meat in my freezer, and I didn’t grab all the things we’ll need for Jesse’s birthday burgers since it’s a week away. I also have plenty in my pantry for pulling meals together so this isn’t all we will eat this week, it’s simply what we came home with. Keep in mind, not all of this is safe for Maya, but it is for the rest of us. I keep plenty for her in stock so I don’t have to run all over the place every week.

I’m planning to show you some basic meal prep in a food allergy kitchen in the near future as well as what a real life pantry for a family like ours looks like. I’ll show you how to be safe in your kitchen even when you can’t completely eliminate everything your kiddo is allergic to.

I hope you enjoyed taking a peek into our grocery excursion!
